At Clement and Co, we want you to cherish your pieces for years to come. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund, less the return shipping fee.

For reasons of hygiene and bespoke craftsmanship:

  • Earrings are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To arrange a return, please contact our Client Care team at clientcare@clement.com. Once your return has been approved, we will issue a returns label and provide full instructions, along with your tracking details.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition and free from any signs of wear or damage.

  • All original packaging — including boxes, pouches, and care cards — must be included.

Items returned in unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Once your pieces have been received and inspected by our studio, refunds are processed within 48 hours.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Personalised or bespoke multi-charm pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased from our final sale section

  • Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) — cash refunds cannot be issued

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for your preferred piece. This ensures your replacement arrives without delay.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Our craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do. Should you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at clientcare@clement.com so we may resolve the issue promptly. We will cover any return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
