What is a Pre-Order?

At Clement and Co, select pieces are made available for pre-order while they are still in production. This ensures you can secure your chosen piece ahead of its official release.

Estimated shipping timelines are noted on each product page, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind. Once your order has been delivered, our standard Returns Policy will apply.

A Note on Timelines

All pre-order shipping dates are approximate. If you are purchasing for a special occasion, we recommend allowing an additional week to ensure timely delivery.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once your pre-order piece is ready. Should you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we kindly suggest placing a separate order.
