Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, less the applicable return shipping fee.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If your return does not meet our policy requirements, the item(s) will be returned to you, and a delivery fee will apply.

Refund Exclusions
We are unable to offer refunds in the following instances:

Your order could not be delivered due to factors outside our control (such as an incorrect address provided at checkout). Please ensure your address details are accurate before placing your order.

An international order could not be delivered due to customs clearance issues or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

Items purchased during FINAL SALE periods — these items are non-refundable.

Earrings — for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Items paid for via Cash on Delivery (COD) — cash refunds cannot be issued.
